Four Phases of Community Re-Entry

After months of treatment, incarceration or both, most clients believe they have the tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle. But they may have unrealistic expectations of re-entry. Their families and significant others may be just as unprepared for the reality of life together. In this video, Rosetta Oliver explains to a group of inmates that leaving a structured environment is a difficult transition.
