With the holiday season upon us, celebrating with staff and family is a common affair. You hold a holiday party in your office on the Friday night before a long weekend. The temperature during the party is set at a comfortable 72 degrees and all are having fun. The party ends and because it’s a long weekend you turn the heat down. However, without thought you turn it down below 50 degrees. The outside temperature drops over the weekend. When you return to the office on Tuesday you find water all over the temperature caused the pipes to freeze and burst!
