Members of ISA’s Risk Management Department have professional and personal experience in the field of Human and Social Services, giving us a unique perspective and understanding of the challenges agencies face—and how to help mitigate them. We are skilled at crafting specific loss control programs to meet the ever-changing needs of Human and Social Services Organizations.

Since 2003, ISA has facilitated the payment of over $125 million worth of claims. After all, what good is an insurance program if your claims are not paid? ISA has worked with the same claims attorney for over 20 years. While it is the goal of our Risk Management department to minimize and reduce exposures, it is the success of our claims handling that minimizes the financial burden when a claim does happen.
